🕒 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply reach out and we’ll make it right.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on:

  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

🐶 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away. No need to return it.

🔁 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@woofnfloof.com with your order number and issue.

  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions (if needed).

  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

💸 Late or Missing Refunds
