All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We proudly ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times:

• Australia & NZ: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

• UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

💰 Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracker (link to your tracking page if applicable).

🐾 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@woofnfloof.com — we’ll investigate and make sure you’re taken care of.
